All payments must be made in USD ($). International customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their bank or payment provider.

We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your payment information. All transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway, and BESTOPIS does not store or have access to your full credit card details.

To prevent fraud, we may require additional verification for certain transactions, such as high-value purchases or mismatched billing and shipping addresses. If we detect suspicious activity, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and issue a refund.

3. Order Confirmation & Payment Authorization

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase. If your payment is declined or fails, you will not receive an order confirmation, and we recommend:

  • Checking your payment details for accuracy
  • Ensuring your bank or card issuer has approved the transaction
  • Trying an alternative payment method

4. Taxes and Additional Fees

  • Domestic Orders (U.S.): Sales tax may be applied based on your state’s regulations. The total amount, including tax, will be displayed at checkout.
  • International Orders: Customers outside the U.S. may be responsible for additional customs duties, VAT, or other import taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the order total and must be paid upon delivery.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • If you request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order, a full refund will be issued. After this period, orders enter processing and cannot be canceled.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval and will be credited to the original payment method. The time for funds to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
