6. Undeliverable or Lost Packages
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or provide a suitable resolution.
- BESTOPIS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. Please ensure a secure delivery location.
7. Damaged or Delayed Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund as necessary. Shipping delays caused by external factors (e.g., weather disruptions, carrier strikes) are beyond our control, but we will do our best to assist you.
8. Changes to Shipping Address
If you need to modify your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 12 hours. Once an order is shipped, we are unable to make address changes.
